About the Accommodation

We have decided to rent our in 2022 core renovated "Villa el Patio" during our absence. We have lovingly furnished the villa for us. We would like to have nice guests who appreciate our second home and take good care of our property.

Our villa is located in a quiet side street of Cala Egos, only 2 minutes walking distance from the beautiful Calo des Pou, a small bay with white sandy beach and a cozy beach bar.

The entrance of our house leads through an exceptionally beautiful inner courtyard (patio) which invites to cozy evenings at the large dining table. A Weber grill and a fire bowl are available there for our guests. The patio is accessible from all rooms of the villa. A spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace with a fantastic sea view. From there you can watch the small boats and big yachts passing by. The romantic property with old olive trees has a pool, which is illuminated in the evening and another covered terrace with a cozy sitting area on which there is an infrared heater for cooler evenings. In the garden there are deck chairs, lounge furniture, a large parasol and a hammock.

All bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds and have private bathrooms with shower. From one bedroom you have a direct view of the bay and can even hear the sound of the sea. From the other two bedrooms you look into the cozy courtyard. The house is fully air-conditioned and partially equipped with underfloor heating. In the cozy living room there is an Internet TV and an open fireplace that provides a cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. The friendly, bright and open living-dining area is furnished to a high standard. There is also a small reading corner. Next to the kitchen seht a separate preparation kitchen with dishwasher available, in which are also washing machine and dryer.

At the rear exit of the garden there is a direct access to the bay Cala Llonga. In Cala Egos, which is within walking distance, you will find a supermarket, small stores, a pharmacy, restaurants and bars. The beautiful and lively marina of Cala D'Or can be reached in a few minutes by a footpath that leads directly along the bay, where there are many bars and restaurants around the harbor. 

The town of Cala D'Or with a wider range of stores and restaurants is 3.5km away. From us you can reach the original fishing village of Portopedro in 5 minutes by car. The town of Santanyi, very popular with Germans, with one of the most beautiful weekly markets on the island, is 15km away. The distance to the airport is 45km. To the golf club Vall D'or you need about 15 minutes by car. Cala Egos is located between the famous nature reserve Cala Mondrago, with its 3 natural coves and the two smaller romantic coves: Cala Mitjana and Cala Sanau, which invite you to swim and feast with their turquoise waters and one of the best chiringitos of the east coast.

We also provide you with a SUP and 2 bicycles.
